UNANSWERED??? PHP TO FLASH???

Author: I have looked high and low for days, posted on forums with what I thought was a relatively simple question, in my quest for an answer I have found none and at least a hundred yes a hundred of people asking the same simple thing and no reply!
In flash actionscript 3.0
I want to pass from flash to PHP the radio button status in a submit form which is sent to email
I can easily generate a form in flash with input fields that are sent through a PHP file and the email on the other end works fine, but with checkboxes, radio buttons, forget it.
Perhaps it’s something easy, I’ve tried what I can, can’t get heads or tails any details in the email, SO…
WHEN I FIGURE THIS OUT I WILL PUT THE ANSWER ON MY BLOG TO END THIS SUFFERING!
